Using the SECONDS tool, the operator maintains an overview of all incidents in the region and dispatches ambulances to where they are most needed. Furthermore, SECONDS suggests proactive dispatches to ambulance stations in higher-risk areas. Lastly, SECONDS provides recommendations on which ambulance to dispatch based on the specific incident, promoting data-driven decision-making in the control room.
